Most Popular Thursday Night Street Venue in close by Palm Springs....(hot tub is decommissioned). Driveway parking only for two vehicles not overlapping sidewalk to avoid HOA "fine" for blocking sidewalk. Minimum stay 30 nights, maximum stay 6 months from April 16 to October 31, 2025 and through to 2026.
