Across the street from the club house, pools and Jacuzzi. This gorgeous single level 3 bedroom 3 bath home has been remodeled top to bottom and is a perfect getaway for any occasion! Located on the 12th hole by the tee box, the outdoor patio gives way to serene greens with a beautiful lake, spectacular mountain views and is furnished with a brand new gas BBQ, ceiling fan and seating for 4 plus two loungers for sunning.

New floors, kitchen cabinets, granite kitchen and bathroom counter tops, appliances and Samsung washer and dryer. Comfortable new furniture in the living room. Beautiful wood shutters and fresh paint. Luxurious new Simmons pillow top king, queen, full and twin mattresses. Relaxing spa inspired master bath with steam shower. Two car garage and ample street parking. We have a beautiful golf cart that is available to rent. Living room and bedrooms have a 55 inch Samsung flat-screen television which include cable access with expanded movie and sports packages. Electronic key pad entry for easy self check in.

The floor plan is open and spacious. We expanded the kitchen entry so that it flows into the main living space to create a fabulous area for people to gather and communicate. There is a fireplace in the living room for those cool winter nights.

enjoyed our stay beautiful view off back patio of golf course. very quiet had the pool and hot tub to ourselves about 50yds from patio golf and racket sports are not available for renters nor the club pool and does let you know in description location worked well for us as golfers and many good restaurants around. you feel very safe and secure in the gated facility

The house is comfortable with easy access and plenty of room. Our issue was the cleanliness. There were old food spills on the kitchen counters and old food still sitting in the garbage disposal, crumbs and particles under the dining table in a way that you could tell the floor hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests, and food particles under the silicone sink protector mats. There was a black substance growing in the master bath shower - enough so that we didn’t feel that we should use that shower - and a similar substance on the master bath countertops around the sinks, and the bathroom fans had a good amount of build up in the vent slats. The homeowner had a specific way they wanted the towels washed before we left, laundry soap and bleach, although none of the supplies to wash them in this manner were available.

Great location in the center of the club.

A group of seniors out for a June golf weekend enjoyed the location and spaciousness of the condo. It was conveniently located near a pool and the clubhouse allowing us to walk over to pasta night and enjoy the clubhouse.

Palm desert wedding

We were in palm desert for a wedding at the desert willows country club. We had 6 and and 4 children. It was perfect. The neighborhood had several different swimming pools available which was great for the little ones to cool off. We were minutes from the wedding and an easy drive to Palm Springs. Jay was very responsive- answered the phone right away when we called.
