The room was very dirty, carpet was disgusting the curtains disgusting, tv had stains from whatever it was. If we had not got there so late after 1.00am we definitely had cancel the reservation the pillows cant even think about it

The check in staff member was drip and efficient the rooms were clean and of a good size good water pressure in the shower bath lip was low breakfast had variety and hit the spot

Room was disgusting, the ceiling had mold, the bathroom tub was also dirty. I did not stay in this hotel. I contacted Hotels.com for a refund and according to them because they couldn’t contact the hotel manager they could not give me a refund. I will no longer use this third party for another reservation.

Room was dirty there was no washcloths No towel They never came to clean the room Bathroom was so dirty It was loud it felt like a motel a lot of homeless did not feel safe at all.
