A very comfortable home with many rooms to enjoy
your privacy. Nice heated pool and patio with paver all around the pool area. Enclosed pool no need to worry about bugs. Distant from neighbor and nice fence around for perts and children to play.
This is a family home. Park your RV's or boats in the driveway anytime no problem. Very clean house and
peaceful home.

All services are very close and accessible house was fantastic. The weather was really nice and hot so the pool was wonderful during our stay the air-conditioning inside. The unit was excellent. We had a good night sleep because it was a little cooler. We have absolutely no complaints.

Nice quiet neighborhood great house

Down on a work retreat. The house was spacious and clean. Great place to relax after a long day of work.

Clean, Comfortable Family Stay

The house was more than adequate for the seven of us. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, new appliances. House looks newly renovated. Lanai is very nice for lounging. We had two disappointments—we had booked this place largely because of the advertised heated pool; however the heater was not functioning. The hot water system in the house does not seem adequate. We had to stagger our showers. The property managers were quick to respond to our complaints and did send a plumber to check that things were working properly. We managed. We would have appreciated a discount due to the unheated pool and none was given. We still give this property five stars.

Stay review

Hi, Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to stay at your property. The house as a whole is very nice and has tremendous potential. Unfortunately, there were several issues identified after we entered the house. Lighting - none of the bedrooms had adequate lighting outside of the fan light. none of the table lamps worked. Outside lighting was sparse at best - and given it is a dark neighborhood, this was not safe. Especially on the back patio. Pool not heated as advertised. The slider door would not open. frozen shut. The french doors handle is not operating correclty - took a long time to open and close the door. the patio is simply NOT safe - the patio tile is uneven and easy for someone to trip and get hurt. the back patio and yard are unkept - messy and not appealing The home walls are covered with screws / nails / hooks etc of prior hanging... looked horrible. I have stayed in several VRBOs and this was very disappointing. We can't recommend this rental, nor will we stay there again. thanks, Tom
