La Ferme Oubliée is a five bedroom family home which sleeps 12 people and 2 babies . It is situated in a quiet hamlet of the Belgian Ardennes and within 8 miles away from the historical town of Bouillon. Its sympathetic restoration ensures the cottage is equipped to the highest standards while retaining many of its traditional features. It is well insulated and comfortable and is fully centrally heated. The cottage enjoys a sunny aspect with a spacious living room furnished with TV, radio and CD. The kitchen contains a cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, hob, oven, a microwave and washing machine. There is a bedroom on the ground-floor with a shower and wash basin. Moreover there is a shower room and a family bathroom with sauna and bubble bath. There is a toilet on every floor (3 in total). You will find privacy in the fully enclosed terrace and adjacent garden. Your children can play in the outdoor garden. Outside table, chairs and barbecue are available. There is wireless internet and off-road parking space for four cars.
Visit the nearby villages of Botassart (with the Giant's Tomb), the book village of Redu, Transinne (with the Euro Space Center), Rochehaut, the listed village of Frahan, and the historic city of Bouillon. The zoos of Bouillon, Rochehaut, and Frahan, and the beach on the Semois, near the Pont de France in Bouillon, have plenty to offer your children.

Weekend très agréable

Nous avons passé un weekend très agréable à la Ferme Oubliée. Le gîte est spacieux, propre et clair. Le logement est fidèle à la description de l'annonce. Rien ne manque tant au niveau du confort que du matériel et de la vaisselle. Le jardin est très appreciable par beau temps. Le village est très calme mais proche (environ 15min) de Bouillon et Rochehaut qui sont deux endroits très charmants. La communication avec Myriam est très simple et fluide, les consignes très précises. Merci pour ce beau weekend en famille temps.

Schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht

Schönes Haus mitten in einem kleinen Ort, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Guter Platz um von dort aus die Gegend zu erkunden.

Gemütliches Quatier!

Die Aufteilung des Hauses ist gut. Auf jeder Etage eine separate Toilette. Gräumigkeit der Schlafzimmer war i.O.. Drei Duschen sind auch für acht bis zwölf Gäste ausreichend. Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Geschirr und Tassen reichlich vorhanden. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt, in den Toiletten gibt es keine Möglichkeit zum ablegen der Seife. Kontakt zur Vermieterin war immer nett, freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Ideal für Kleinkinder fanden wir den in sich geschlossenen Hofbereich. alles in allem haben wir uns dort wohlgefühlt und können es weiterempfehlen an alle die keine Luxuswohnung erwarten. Liebe Grüße Ralf Reinerth und die anderen Mitbewohner.

praktisch huis, rustig gelegen, plaats voor iedereen :), badkamers genoeg, en praktische keuken met alles aanwezig. Wij hadden er een fijn weekend met de ganse familie.

Hübsches, idyllisches Haus in ländlicher Gegend

Das Dorf ist klein und idyllisch, aber mit dem Auto ist die Gegend gut zu erkunden. Das Haus liegt direkt neben der Kirche, ist also eigentlich gut zu finden. Die Angaben und Fotos im Inserat waren korrekt, der Zustand des Hauses/der Zimmer ist gut, es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Allerdings muss man beachten, dass manche Matratzen und Bettdecken Übergrößen haben und somit die eigene Bettwäsche u. U. nicht passt! Aber auch das war kein Problem und die passende Bettwäsche wurde schnell zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Verständigung mit dem Vermieter war über Email bzw. Handy sehr unproblematisch und zuvorkommend. Leider war unser Aufenthalt sehr kurz. Das Haus ist in jedem Fall empfehlenswert - uns hat es sehr gefallen.
