Misrepresents actual location

We left 15 min after arriving. Stayed at a hotel 5 min away . Rotted garbage outside on street. Dark ally entrees . Dark hallway. We didn’t feel safe staying there. Garbage was horrendous the smell of rotten fish juice in street . Steps narrow and 6 plus flights up which is tough with luggage. No mention anywhere about difficult or snout of steps . Asked for refund They refused. The actual apartment looks newly refine. More of a hotel room plz e. Not family friendly. All 9 pfvus aggreec to leave promptly. The smell outside the door was gagging
