Friendly staff! Great location. The staff here are extremely helpful and go out of their way to ensure your stay is satisfactory. The room is very comfortable. You are a five minute walk to take the Airport Shuttle Bus, as well as Via Libertà which houses such great fashion houses as Prada, Gucci, Dolce & Gabanna, etc. I have stayed here twice with one more stay and will definitely return when I con back to Palermo.

The newly renovated, contemporary design facility occupied the first floor of a multi-purpose building in an excellent location. The manager Daniel was a marvelous host. And the breakfast at the nearby McDonalds was an automated hoot.

Just be aware that they are not available at all times when you arrive. We let them know the time we would arrive but still had to wait 30 minutes at the front door until he arrived to let us in. Once in the room, it was very large, clean and comfortable

This place was perfectly located in the heart of Palermo, just steps away from the hop-on-hop-off bus tour. The balcony was a highlight, offering a lovely spot to take in the city’s vibrant energy. Bonus: there’s a designated smoking area on the balcony. I’d definitely stay here again!
