Nice apartment located in Arenella neighborhood, between Palermo historic center and the seaside village of Addaura.



The apartment is on the ground floor of a building located in a residential area. The entrance opens onto a living room furnished with a sofa set in front of a TV, a desk and other

retro design furniture. From here you will access the kitchen, characterized by a ceiling with exposed beams, fitted with all kinds of cookware and comforts such as the microwave and the oven. A French window leads to a terrace which comes with a small wooden table.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other one with two single beds.

Two bathrooms complete the accommodation, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
