Newly renovated apartment 400 m to the beaches and the center of Calella de Palafrugell, Costa Brava.

The apartment is located in a pleasant and familiar community with swimming pool, children's pool, tennis court and parking space.

It is a cozy ground floor consisting of a living room with access to the terrace, from where you can see the community tennis court, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms; one of them with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and a laundry room. With storage space available, although some cupboards are locked for private use.

Wifi and parking space in a community area, without assigned spaces.

The pool is OPEN from the 1st of June till the 30th of September and is CLOSED the rest of the year.

We remind you that linen and towels are not included in the price and can be rented for a fee of 10 € per person for sheets and 10 € per person for towels. Just let us know if you are interested so we can prepare everything for your arrival.
