The house is located in the quiet area El Golfet of Calella de Palafrugell. It is a semi-detached house that is part of a community of only two houses that share a pool and a community area equipped with garden furniture (table, chairs and hammocks).
It is located 650 meters from the Golfet beach and 1,200 m from the center of Calella de Palafrugell.
Capacity for 5/6 occupants.
The house is distributed on two floors: the ground floor consists of a living-dining room with access to a large terrace with fabulous sea views, a side terrace with a gas barbecue, a large open kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.
The first floor consists of 3 rooms: 2 double rooms with access to a large common terrace with sea views (one of them en-suite with a bathroom with a shower) 1 single room and a bathroom with a shower.
The house has WIFI, air conditioning and ceiling fans. The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed.
It has a big parking space in a community garage.
