Magnificent newly built house in the centre of Llafranc, Costa Brava, just 130 meters from the beach.
Close to the beach and all services, this fantastic property with capacity for 8 occupants, has a living-dining room with access to a nice terrace on the ground floor, along with a large fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor we find 2 bedrooms (one of them with 2 single beds, one with a double bed and a bunk bed), both en-suite with integrated bathroom. Apart from that there is a second living room with a large solarium terrace, ideal to relax after a day at the beach.
Private garage for 2 cars.
The house disposes of WIFI and air-conditioning.
We remind you that sheets and towels are not included in the price, they can be rented for a supplement of € 10per person for sheets and € 10 per person for towels. Please let us know if you are interested, so we can have everything ready for you upon arrival.

Beautiful, spacious apartment.
We stayed here with friends for a week & loved the whole experience! Plenty of space for us all & loved the terraces. Conveniently placed for everything!
