It offers a modern and spacious accommodation, with top quality finishes and large windows, which give it a spectacular luminosity. Its privileged orientation means that the house receives sun all day long. Relax and enjoy a wonderful holiday in peace and tranquillity in this beautiful villa surrounded by nature.
Built on two floors. On the ground floor, on the same level as the garden, there is a large and bright open space, where we find a comfortable living-dining room and a modern and beautiful kitchen, fully equipped. Direct access from the living room to a fantastic porch terrace with barbecue area, dining room, summer lounge and the swimming pool. From the porch terrace there is access to the private garden. On the same floor there is a guest toilet, laundry area and a beautiful en-suite bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower, as well as direct access to the terrace and the garden.
Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms en suite with shower, two twin bedrooms, a bathroom with shower.
Air conditioning, WIFI. Capacity: 10 persons.
