L'essentiel en équipement est là, le ménage mérite d'être un peu amélioré, l'état est satisfaisant, surtout à ce prix là.Il est facile de se garer à proximité gratuitement, un peu moins le week-end. La situation est idéale à deux pas de la promenade reliant Llafranc à Callela, et à quelques volées de marches de la plage et des restaurants de Llafranc.Tous les appartements ont la vue sur mer.

Es ist eine einfache, ruhige Wohnung in guter Lage. Zum Strand mit Restaurant sind es nur 10 Minuten Bergab. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, alles Vorhanden und Funktionsfähig.
