Beautifully located modern house.

We've had a lovely stay in this very well appointed property. Looking out to sea morning noon and night was great. However there are a couple of issues to consider .. if you like to cook there isn't a proper oven just a counter top which I couldn't use so eating in was restricted. Also the walls must be very thin as you can hear next door's conversations and toilet flushing etc. If that won't bother you this is a perfect holiday property and contact with Lena was spot on

Traumhafte Wohnung

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist wunderschön durch einen freien Blick aufs Meer. Kurze Wege zum Strand und zu den Lokalitäten machen diese FEWO zu einem tollen Urlaub. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Traumlage über dem Meer

Kurze Wege an den Strand und in den Ort, eine traumhafte Terrasse mit Blick über den Atlantik und Schattenplätzchen unter den Papayabäumen im Garten (der Garten ist im Vergleich zu den FeWo-Fotos ordentlich gediehen) - alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Lena Keller war wie immer unkompliziert und was fehlte, wurde prompt und unkompliziert ersetzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein schöner Urlaub

Wir waren zu zweit in diesem Haus. Die Ausstattung ist aus unserer Sicht sehr gut und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Gegen Geräusche vom Hafen und gegen Wind ist man auf der leicht zurückgezogenen Terrasse gut abgeschirmt. Lena Keller von der Hausverwaltung hat einen großen Anteil am Wohlfühlfaktor, alles ist perfekt organisiert und unkompliziert.

konfortables Haus zentral gelegen

Ruhig jedoch zentral gelegen lässt dieses hübsche Haus keine Wünsche offen! Der Ausblick ist sehr schön und man ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß direkt am Strand bzw. im Zentrum von Morro Jable. Das Haus ist geschmacksvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt nichts. Oben drauf ist Frau Keller von der Hausverwaltung sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Familie K.

Toller Service, tolles Haus, uneingeschränkte Empfehlung

Ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Feriendomizil, es stimmt einfach alles. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld und der Empfang und die Einweisung durch Lena waren vorbildlich und an Freundlichkeit nicht zu überbieten. Das Haus entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung im Netz. Es hat einen fantastischen Meerblick, eine so gut wie neue Einrichtung mit allem, was man für einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Nachbarn sind so nett wie unkompliziert.

Traumhaftes Domizil, nett und kompetent verwaltet!

Auch wenn es sich bei dem Domizil um ein Reihenmittelhaus handelt, ist der Blick über die Klippe, an der das Haus liegt, auf das Meer (vor allem bei Sonnenuntergang) sowohl von der Terrasse, als auch vom großen Schlafzimmer aus tatsächlich so traumhaft, wie es das Foto in der Anzeige vermuten lässt! Die Nachbarn sind immerhin so gut abgeschirmt, dass man von ihnen fast nichts mitbekommt. Außerdem erfüllt dieses nette kleine Häuschen eine für uns wichtige Anforderung nach ruhiger Meereslage einerseits und unmittelbare Nähe (7 Min.) zum homogenen gewachsenen (wenn auch inzwischen recht touristischen) Ort "Morro Jable" und zum 4 km langen Sandstrand! Es ist vor allem eines der eher seltenen Häuser mit drei voneinander getrennten Schlafzimmern (ganz kleines Manko ist dabei lediglich, dass zwei dieser Schlafzimmer etwas kleiner sind und nicht zum Meer, sondern - trotzdem ruhig! - nach hinten rausgehen). Sollte jemandem die moderne Küche und der umfangreiche Fernsehempfang wichtig sein, so kommt er auch hier auf seine Kosten! Ganz besonders zu erwähnen ist im Übrigen, dass das Objekt von der sehr sympathischen, kompetenten und durch und durch präsenten Frau Keller verwaltet wird: Nicht nur, dass man sich mit ihr in fließendem Deutsch unterhalten kann, sie ist vor allem quasi "rund um die Uhr" gerade auch in Notfällen für einen da und kümmert sich zuverlässig um die Bewältigung eventuell auftretender Probleme! So erlebten wir gerade auch dank dieses Domizils einen rundherum schönen Urlaub!
