Nestled in lush greenery, this charming and comfortable beachfront bungalow, with breathtaking views of the turquoise lagoon of Naïa Bay in New Caledonia, invites you to truly unwind.
Here, the sound of the waves gently rocks your days, you wake up to birdsong, and the ocean breeze rustles through the coconut trees all around you…

The main house includes an air-conditioned double bedroom, a living room facing the lagoon with two sofas that can be used as extra beds (either two singles or one king), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a shaded terrace that opens onto the tropical garden.
Just across the garden, a detached, air-conditioned faré with a queen-size bed welcomes two additional guests. The full property accommodates up to 6 people comfortably.

The house is located in a quiet, private and secure residential area, ensuring a peaceful and worry-free stay.

Nice place close to the beach.Owners kindly offered to stay one more need if we wanted.There is however room for improvement for the hosts if they are keen to target overseas travellers.With the first grocery store 30mns away & most basics missing in the kitchen, make sure you bring everything with you to cook your meals.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at the beachfront guesthouse in Naia, hosted by Valerie and Pascalle who live in the main house on the property. They were great hosts who were around to say hello but gave us space and privacy to enjoy our stay in the peaceful and unspoilt surroundings. Not to mention the stunning reef full of marine life right at your feet. About 40 mins drive from the airport, a hire car is essential to get to the guesthouse and out and about. The nearest supermarket is about 20 mins drive. We loved our stay and we will be back for sure.

Cet endroit est paradisiaque, surtout au lever du soleil, moment parfait pour observer les tortues en paddle, kayak, ou tout simplement depuis la plage. Pascal est extrêmement accueillant et arrangeant.

Tout a été appréciable. La maison a tout ce qu’il faut, trés bien équipée, on a juste besoin d’apporter vêtements et nourriture. Des canoës et paddles sont à disposition. Tout est parfaitement entretenu. Nous avons été trés bien accueillis, et avec des cocos verts fraîchement cueillis à boire. Un superbe site pour décompresser et se détendre! Je recommande!

Séjour incroyable Hôtes très accueillant, pleins de bons conseils, proposent diverses activités (paddle,kayak, excursion îlot ange…) Localisation exceptionnelle avec un cadre idyllique, un paradis sur terre avec les pieds dans l’eau. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement et y retournerons pour sûr si nous revenons en nouvelle caledonie.Merci à Valérie et Pascal (également à North pour l’ouverture et le tuto pour les cocos)
