I want my money back. I had no rooms waiting

When I showed up they didn’t have any reservation for me so I had to find another place. Then when I book the second hotel with hotels they only had one night for me. I paid them 600 TB. For one night cash. I want a refund for the money I paid you and plan to report your company to Citibank master card If they paid you , you owe me all my money back for both hotels. Pai sweat homes and Pai family huts. I paid one night cash and you debited my credit card. No right

Beautiful view

Beautiful location on the river and situated minutes away from the centre of Pai. We loved having the view of the river however the service wasn’t that good as we tried to check in but couldn’t find the owner/worker so we had to go get some lunch and return. There was no plug for the toilet and our shower was broken
