It's the perfect spot for enjoying a glass of wine after a day of adventure while watching the local deer meander by or taking your pup out for a morning walk. When not enjoying the tranquility of the back patio, you are just a 10- minute walk or bike ride to a plethora of cafes, restaurants, and boutique stores. It is also conveniently located as a three-minute drive from essentials such as the grocery store, gas station, and much more. When you are ready to explore beyond, downtown Pagosa is only an 8-minute drive away with hot springs, restaurants, shopping, rafting/tubing and other activities are at your fingertips.
