Golden autumn colors are here! Wonderful fall temperatures and clean mountain air. October dates available. A comfortable welcoming western mountain home with excellent views through the pines. Look out from the living room or large deck enjoying the San Juan Mt. range looking towards Wolf Creek pass. Enjoy a restful time in our open plan home. Relax in front of the traditional river rock fireplace, in the great room, or lounging on the wrap around deck listening to the wind in the pines watching squirrels scurry up and down the trees.
Enjoy your sleep time in peaceful surroundings on comfortable queen beds. Our home has everything you need for an enjoyable stay in the mountains in a home not near other homes and surrounded by pines.
Pagosa Springs has so much to offer in outdoor activities, hiking, skiing, fishing, horseback riding, snowshoeing, fantastic hot springs (3 in town to choose from) and a congenial small mountain town to explore with many cafes and restaurants. Walk to town in about 1 hour on the enjoyable back road (3 miles)

Wonderful home!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was very spacious and comfortable. It was REALLY nice having a garage in which to park our car. The deck was wonderful for enjoying the scenery and wildlife. This is a very peaceful place to stay and unwind, while still being very close to shopping and restaurants. Christy was very quick in responding to any questions or inquiries. The next time we're in Pagosa Springs, we'll certainly try to stay here!
