There are much more negative memories from this hotel than positive. First of all, there is no safe in the room. Second of all, they don’t bring towels if you need them, you have to go all the way to the reception to get them yourselves. Third, they do not clean rooms automatically, even if there isn’t any do not disturb sign, you have to ask for it. Finally, breakfast was terrible. You make your own waffles, yes, you actually have to pour the batter and actually make it yourself. They don’t have any regular plates, they use disposable styrofoam plates and plastic forks and knives, which are toxic for you when using them with hot food and not ecological at all. Never ever seen that at any hotel before. I am really wondering how this one has a 3 star rating.

Room was ok. Odd smell at first. Refrigerator kept sliding out of enclosure. Bed was ok. Breakfast was inedible. A lot of money for little value, but was convenient after a long day of driving and hiking.

It is a decent hotel. Good breakfast options with hot breakfast (eggs, waffles). Pool is small but clean and well maintained and there salon a hot tub. Service could have been a lot better. TV in room wasn’t connecting to internet. Had requested for room cleaning but it did not get done.

Beds were very comfortable and our rooms had very high ceilings with great air conditioning, both of which helped us get a good night's sleep. pool, wt room, breakfast were just basic. staff very friendly.

Good property for the remote location in AZ. Good thing was that there was breakfast included but they serve the same thing every day so if you stay more than 2 days you’d want to eat somewhere else.
