The fromt desk lady while not overly friendy, was very accommodating. She provided us a pet free room on the 1st floor rather than the 2nd floor as originally scheduled.

Due to how late we arrived and the front desks demeanor we did not return to ask for a new room. When we arrived our room was not thoroughly cleaned. There were stains on the bed sheets, the room had a couch covered with some type of hair and stains. The room smelled musty and our allergies were severely triggered. Thank goodness I always have emergency travel cleaning supplies. O was able to Lysol and clean the room enough for us to sleep the night and allergy meds with inhalers for my family. We will never stay here again. The only positive was the actual placement of the hotel. We had multiple choices of shopping and restaurants.

If you like your room to be full of bugs and smell of urine, this is the place for you. If snotty, lazy front desk workers are your thing, look no further, you’ve found your Eden. Travelling solo and feeling lonely? They’ve got you covered! The tons of junkies hanging around are always looking for new friends.

Bad room

We were just passing through and needed a night to sleep. We have a dog so got a pet room. Room just seemed dirty and smelled terrible. I understand it's a pet room but no reason for it to smell that way. The blinds were broken and hanging off the wall. Bed was comfortable but the smell was atrocious.
