Our mountain view cabin, with breathtaking views of Tatoosh mountains located on a private cul-de-sac on our 0.8 acre lot in Packwood. Be near skiing, fishing, hunting, hiking, biking, rafting and the Mt Rainier National Park entrance. Come, sit and relax on one of our porches and enjoy a superb cup of the locally roasted coffee, while watching the elk graze.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cabin, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a DVD player is provided for your entertainment. Great place. Host was very accommodating with excellent communication. Easy check in and easier check out. Other places we stayed in Packwood did not offer any view. From here you are surrounded by trees and view of foothills. Covered deck was a great place to enjoy a beverage. Kitchen has everything you need. All things seem to be in working condition.

Everything was absolutely great. Communication was great house was great bed were comfortable hot tub was amazing! The driveway is a little steep so be aware of that. Very accommodating and lovely stay.

We did not ski. I just marked it to move on through the review process. I marked the cabin as "okay" because we had a little difficulty with the tv. We had to use our own personal direct tv account. Which would have been fine except we didn't know that ahead of time and didn't have the information readily available. During the baseball playoffs, the tv was a key factor. Also the coffee machine didn't work. Another basic that should have been checked prior to our arrival.

Very clean and very comfortable! Even though neighbors are in view it still felt very private while enjoying the hot tub in the evening with a beautiful view! It was a perfect place to do a load of laundry and relax after a backpacking trip in Mount Rainier NP. Would absolutely stay here again.

The cabin was spotless and modern and our host was very responsive. Beautiful view from the deck where we enjoyed seeing both deer and elk. Very close to town, lots of hiking nearby and easy access to Mt Rainier, which unfortunately had limited access due to road constructionduring our stay.My only suggestion to future guests would be to pack your own food because dining options in Packwood are very limited!

The cabin was perfect for our family of 4. Great location for exploring Mt. Rainier National Park. We enjoyed nearby Packwood Brewing for dinner, ice cream and live music. Mike was a great host offering us early check in and a very easy check out process. We would definitely recommend this property!

Quiet Comfort with Peek-a-boo Views

A cute, comfortable, and clean little cabin in a quiet setting with beautiful peek-a-boo views of the surrounding mountains. We enjoyed the peace and the hot tub immensely, and really appreciated the recommendations shared by the owner. A great home base for our daily adventures! Not too far to walk to town if you're so inclined. Would choose again!

Wonderful stay with cozy fireplace and relaxing hot tub!

We had an amazing experience staying at this property. The indoor fireplace added a warm and cozy atmosphere, and the outdoor firepit was perfect for evening gatherings under the stars. The hot tub was a great highlight — clean, private, and very relaxing after a long day of exploring. Everything was well-maintained and comfortable. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway!

It's a Beautiful Chalet

It's really a wonderful cabin. With minor exception, it was super-clean. The bedding and linens were top notch, and the host, Mihail, was great to work with. We loved our stay there.I only refrained from giving five stars in all categories for two reasons. First, water in the hot tub was somewhat greenish, and the surfaces were on the slimy side. My son got in, then jumped right back out again. Seeing this, my other son and I refrained from going in at all. I'm sure this was an unusual oversight, since comments in the guest book from many other guests indicate they enjoyed the hot tub immensely. Perhaps I am too fussy about such things, but I also noticed when showering that the plastic shower curtain seemed slimy. I think, likely, the people who clean there were simply not aware that this is something that must be taken care of. Hopefully, this comment will provide the needed information. Another very minor factor is I could find no sweetener for the otherwise excellent coffee that was provided. Again, I'm sure it was an unintentional oversight. In spite of these matters that I've mentioned, I highly recommend this location. It truly was very lovely, and I'm sure that the small matters that I mentioned will be fully and rapidly addressed. I feel confident of it, because you can in everything else see a great determination to make everything as perfect as is it can possibly be.
