Originally built in 1908 within the charming Pacific Grove Retreat, this home blends rich history with every modern convenience for a cozy, comfortable, and unforgettable getaway. Step inside to an inviting open floor plan where the living room seamlessly flows into the fully stocked kitchen. Relax by the huge gas fireplace, enjoy your favorite shows on the Smart Samsung TV with streaming apps, and take in the abundant natural light from the soaring ceilings and skylights. The dining room opens directly to a private deck, creating an incredible indoor-outdoor living experience. Here, you'll find an outdoor living room with another huge gas fireplace, an outdoor eating area, BBQ, and for ultimate relaxation, a hot tub and outdoor shower.

Upstairs, a spacious living room loft provides additional comfortable seating, another Smart Samsung TV, and a third gas fireplace. Need to catch up on some work? An adjustable standing desk is also available.

The home features two comfortable bedrooms on the first floor, each with a queen bed. The master bathroom offers a bathtub shower, while the second bathroom boasts a luxurious steam shower.

You'll rent directly from the owner, ensuring personalized communication with me and my local house manager. I love sharing my home with guests eager to experience all that Pacific Grove has to offer.

Please note: The Pacific Grove Retreat is a historic, close-knit neighborhood. While we want you to fully enjoy your stay, this property is not suitable for parties. We strictly observe the guest maximum of 4 and strive to be good neighbors by maintaining a peaceful environment.
