Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

Great location

Great location the kids room was amazing and so happy it was pet friendly so our dog could vacation with us. House was a bit dated and maintenance was quick to come fix the fridge and hot tub.

Great home for family visits

Overall property was as listed. Great location since beach was just a short walk away. Floors were not clean upon arrival and garbage can was small for a family of 9 even with it being dumped during our stay. Parking is tight for 2 cars but manageable. Upstairs gaming did not have correct controllers or games for the system but the tv worked fine. Hot tub and outdoor space great! Would definitely stay again.

Great Stay

Our family went to the beach for 4 days. We liked the fact that the hot tub is in protected from the wind backyard. There was plenty of room for our 3 families and one grandchild. One of us had to park down at the realty office. We were there after Memorial Day so it was very quiet.

Fantastic house

This place was perfect for what we needed for a weekend in town for a wedding. We spent a lot of time going to different places and it was nicely centered in town. Out of the way and quiet. Had everything we needed for when we had time to relax. Looking forward to getting it again when possible.

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay at this lovely house in Pacific City, OR. We needed a house that could accommodate 6 adults and 2 children, 2 and under, and this house was perfect. The open floor plan was great with young kids, so we could keep an eye on them while being able to relax on the couch. The hot tub was also a bonus, and was enjoyed both nights of our stay. We loved the proximity to the beach, just a short walk away! It was perfect with little kids, as we didn't have to load up the car and commit to a full day at the beach, but could just grab our beach toys and walk to the beach between naps, meals, etc. Would absolutely reccomend this house, especially for families with children!

Fun time in Pacific City

Our group of 8 had a great time in Pacific City. The house was exactly as pictured. A little smaller than we had hoped, but worked well for our younger families as the kids had lots of fun playing in the bunk room. Hot tub was almost new and the beach access is excellent. The house is showing it’s age: chipped paint, scuffed walls, etc. but it fits the bill.

Family Oasis

This was the perfect way to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary. Room for the family as we could come and plenty to do near by. Visited by deer every morning was fun to watch. Would stay here again. It was just perfect for us!

Comfortable little home, great location

Perfect for a small group. Smelled very fresh and clean. Only maintenance issue I noticed (not a problem) was the ceiling fan squeaks when turned up above low.

Great family beach getaway

This house was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen/living area was very comfortable for spending time together over morning coffee and meal prep. We loved being just a very short and pleasant walk from the beach while still having the house set back off the beach and sheltered from the strong wind. To note, the upper bunks pictured are a little wobbly and best for a smaller child if needed. The grill outside does work but not well. Do not count on using the bikes provided, one has brakes that barely work and another has handle bars that rotate forwards no matter how much we tried to adjust them. We did use them just for a fun little ride around the private drive where the house is located and that was fun enough for us. The patio out back is very small but does have a large table with several chairs. I needed a few small items and the property manager responded quickly and delivered then the next morning! I would definitely recommend this to a family looking for a comfortable house close to the beach.

Clean and spacious

The house was very clean and spacious and had plenty of supplies (kitchenware, towels, etc.). There were a few minor things - many of the kid's items (games, movies) did not work and the house advertises a play set across the way which we were super disappointed to find out is no longer there. We had 6 kids with us so that was a major factor in choosing the house we did. Most of my concerns for the stay were outside of the control of the property. I just wasn't a fan of the beach itself. They are close to a horse riding business and the beach had horse feces all over. Also, these beach homes are REALLY close to one another so there's not a lot of privacy. For those reasons I wouldn't stay at this location but I would absolutely stay at another location managed by this property company as I felt they did a great job with customer service and stocking the home.

Nice spot. Very cozy. Plenty of amenities and appliances. A bit smaller than pictures show. We could not get the fireplace to work. Overall it was great for our big group of friends. About a mile walk to beach, unless there is a private path we could not find.
