The Casa Antillaise located on the Franco / Dutch border with a sea view where we can see Saint-Barthélémy and the island of Tintamarre.
The villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a large terrace, a swimming pool accompanied by a large garden.
You will be 15 minutes from philisburg the city center on the dutch side, and from the port to the surrounding islands.
You will also be close to the Orient Bay, for all nautical activities and catering by the sea.
The villa being located in height is ventilated by sea air which makes your stay pleasant and it is equipped with all the necessary equipment so that you lack nothing during your stay.

Nice Home at good invirement

Only some small things that have to be finish after the hurricane, the house is good, but not really clean , and the pool and the drappes and the shower cood be better. For the rest its a good house, and the guy David who runs it is a nice guy and come if there is a problem.
