Night staff was horrible, I asked for blankets, sheets for the sofa bed and she she said they didn’t have any that she only had one blanket. The blanket she gave me was super rough it was burned from the drier and I called back she said she couldn’t do anything for me to pray to Jesus so he could help me and told me to pray everyday that it helps to get what you want. I had to devide blankets and sheets between both rooms for our girls all ranging from 5-12 years old. The rating is for the customer service.

Room was spotless. Very comfortable. Front desk check in, think her name is Jessica, was so great. Went above and beyond to answer our questions and accommodate us. So personable and professional. Housekeeping staff was friendly and also very accommodating. Will stay there again, for sure.
