Had a lovely stay, very spacious, clean and comfortable. Good location for our trips to Blenheim Palace and Oxford for shopping.Property was very well kitted out and wish we could have stayed longer. Great big sofa for family Christmas movie watching to top off the overall facilities. It was a bit tricky to find in the dark and my sat nav didn’t like the postcode for some reason but we worked it out - first house on left when you turn in to the lane.Overall highly recommended and a very helpful host - thank you!

Perfect for our stay. Pleasantly surprised by the size of the bedrooms. You definitely need a car to get around. No problem with wi-fi connection. Able to use apps on the TV eg Netflix, Amazon, Disney etc. - remember to sign out though!Due to the location, a suggestion would be to have some fresh milk etc in case unable to get anywhere immediately on arrival.Lovely pub down the road (Abingdon Arms) but you’ll need to drive - I doubt a taxi would cost much. By the way, despite being near a fairly busy road we couldn’t hear the traffic. Could do with clearer signage at the entrance of the property.Plenty of toiletries and very clean bedding and towels. Great communication with the host.Would we stay again? Yes.The garden was secure for our dog BUT check the gate - I discovered it was open so was glad I’d not assumed it was all ok and promptly shut it!

Spaceous. Well equipped kitchen. Definitely needed the what three words to find it! Maybe a sign at the entrance to the farm road would help?Surprised no leaflets for nearby attractions or eateries

Roomy, comfortable and quiet country house

The house was well equipped, clean and comfortable, and we had a very enjoyable stay. Communication and check in were very good, except the house was very cold when we arrived, and took at least 12 hours to warm up. Clearer instructions on setting the thermostat in the hall, and the heating control panel in the bathroom would have been useful. However, from the second day on, the house was warm and cosy. The house is in the country, about 10 mins drive from the edge of Oxford and "park and ride" carparks, and 5 mins drive to the nearest village (great pub and several footpaths). It is not a good walk to the village as the road by the house is busy and has no pavement.
