Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights
1. Please leave the bedsheets on the beds. Our Cleaners will strip them. 2. Please gather and place all used bath towels in the shower of the bathroom used.
3. Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it. If appliances were used, please leave them on the kitchen counter so that the cleaning crew can clean and get them ready for the next guests.
4. Please remove all items from the fridge, bag and place all trash in the community Dumpster. 5. Return thermostats to 72 degrees Fahrenheit 6. Turn off all inside lights and leave porch light on

We used Colonel's Cottage as base camp while visiting Oxford and Ole Miss. It's proximity to the Square via N. Lamar Blvd and the University via Molly Barr Rd. made getting to where we wanted to be extremely easy. After long days around campus and downtown, the Cottage was nice to come back to. It felt like home away from home and was exactly what we needed. Highly recommended.

Oxford trip

We loved our stay at "The Colonel." It is a beautiful home and was well furnished with all the amenities. The host was very gracious. The location is perfect. Easy access to all of Oxford and the university but also just far enough away to be nice and quiet in the evening. We felt welcome and super safe during our stay. We will definitely stay there again.

Great family house!

Our family (with kids ages 1 - 9) traveled to Oxford, and this spot was perfect!! GREAT location — close to campus, the grove, and the Square!! The house was very nice - lovely furnishings and decor, all the necessities, and clean! We will be back to Oxford in the fall — and will be booking here again! Thank you for a great stay!
