Other Things to Note:

If you are planning on bringing a pet, it must be discussed and agreed upon during the booking process. There will be an extra pet fee depending upon on how many pets and how long the stay.



If you are adding people after your initial booking is made, for every additional person after 6 guests, there is a charge of $10 per person, per night (if you included them in your initial booking your final price already includes any and all fees including any extra guests fees).

I offer a seamless self-check-in via smart lock. While we give you total privacy, I am always available via the app to provide local advice, directions, or any extra essentials you may need to make your stay unforgettable.

We had a great stay at the home. We fit 10 people very easily. 15-20 adults would be a little tight but you could do it. Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans to be able to cook in. Nice coffee set up and plenty of k-cups. :) The house stayed cool despite the heat outside. Even the loft in the master bedroom was cool enough. The pool got a bit warm but that’s expected with the middle of the summer. The house is so close to great spots in East Orlando and the neighborhood was quiet.

The whole process from start to finish was excellent. Definitely, home away from home experience.

My family and I were in Florida for a graduation. Even though it’s a Disney - Universal area, staying at this establishment was better than any vacation experience. Quiet, peaceful, and great communication. Clear and easy expectations. No hiccups or surprises.

Great for large family gathering

Accommodated 10 of us (5 adults and 5 teens) comfortably and had everything we needed. Nice neighborhood, easily accessible to main roads taking you anywhere local or out to beaches and theme parks. If you rent a car, be sure to get the toll pass. Would book again!

Summer near Orlando

Jeremy is a great host and the place was perfect for us. I stayed with my family and my two sister's family and we had plenty of beds. The house was close to Full Sail University where we were for my son's graduation. It was also within easy driving distance to downtown Winter Park and also Orlando. Also, my mom was wheelchair bound and we were concerned that there was not a recliner in the living room for my mom. Jeremy replaced the old sofa which was amazing and can't thank him enough!

Great stay

Jeremy was a great host. The house had many amenities and everything we needed. Check in process was smooth and the neighborhood and location was convenient to where we needed to go. The check out process was not unreasonable unlike some other properties. One of our guests unfortunately had car troubles and needed to stay in the driveway for a few hours after check out until a tow truck arrived. Jeremy was kind enough to be flexible and allow us to stay a bit longer. He was very easy to reach and responded in a very timely manner. Would stay again.

Excellent Host Just a few Concerns

Our 10 family members stayed here for a week: 2 grandparents, 4 adults in their 40's, and 3 little ones. Jeremy was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and fixed an issue with the TVs promptly. The beds were OK. Everything was nice and clean except under the couch. The kitchen had nice amenities but was not fully equipped for preparing big family meals. The playroom was fun and our bigger kids loved the basketball hoops in there. The Pac n Play was in perfect condition. However, I would not recommend this house for very little ones. There were cleaning and painting supplies in unlocked cabinets in the playroom, and some very small toys not suitable for toddlers. We would have loved to open the windows on the cool nights but all of the screens except one had holes in them.

Guys tailgating weekend

House was perfect for "guys weekend." Plenty of places to sleep for up to 16. House was clean, and well equipped. Nice back patio for hanging out. Communication with Jeremy was easy and quick! Close to UCF, and restaurants (short Uber ride). Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect for the parks!

First impressions of the location was a well kept, quiet neighborhood with every type of shopping need only a short distance away. And when we walked through the door, the house was CLEAN, spacious, and well stocked with all the essentials that one would need. The coffee bar was great! TVs in every room, with full access to the apps, Most major parks and attractions were within an easy 45 minute drive. Communication with Jeremy, the host, was wonderful. It got my seal of approval for my children and grandchildren to stay there. I would definitely rent again since my father lives 10 minutes away and since there’s so many of us, we no longer can all fit in his home anymore! The kids only used the pool once since we were so busy, but their grandpa had a pool and we mostly had family time there. But they did enjoy the basketball hoop game and the pool table when we did have have some downtime. There are so many bedrooms to choose from, and with the layout of the house, everybody had their privacy when they needed it. Thanks Jeremy! The Georgion Family
