Ovabükü Hotels with Parking

Excellent breakfast choices. Some of them are home made. Staff is very friendly and willing to help on where to go shopping and sightseeing. Property is very close to marina area (just 6-7 min walk) where you can find lots of restaurants. There is free parking behind the hotel and also street parking available. About 10 min drive to 'Eski Datca', 9 min drive to Kargi Koyu, 30-40 min drive to Palamutbuku, Ovabuku beaches. Hotel is environment friendly and clean. Definitely we recommend this hotel.

Our breakfast was good although had to ask for napkins and cruet. No fresh fruit or juice. Area surrounding pool was broken in places and in need of maintainance. Floor uneven to walk on. Room, as usual very good and comfortable and clean. Staff went over and beyond to assist us.

Family room turned out to be worn out and small. The view from the balcony is also so-so (to the bungalows back and roofs). The staff at the counter was kind enough to agree to give us another acommodation (which was available at the same price at the moment). The breakfasts are rather modest, also the staff almost speaks no English so ordering eggs and other hot breakfast options is a challenge. The selection of fruits is rather limited. The dinner is also rather modest. There is only one option of main dish, with no fish options throughout all three days we stayed at the hotel. The selection of fruits us also rather limited. During checkout we were asked to pay additional €37 – I paid in cash on check-in and the staff at the counter could not remember if I paid in full or not (I owed only 27 TL after checkin, not €37) and they do not give any receipts and had no records of amount I paid. I had to insist that I paid in full (owing only 27 TL) and the staff had to check the camera recordings to confirm that. Rather disappointing experience. I am not a scam or thief to be checked by camera. Datça itself is nice and the nature and the sea is awesome.

Family run hotel. Very welcoming and friendly. Made to feel at home immediately. Food very good, fish superb. Marvellous breakfast. Restaurant steps from the beach. Very limited English but Google Translate worked for us. Didn't meet or hear another English person until the day before we left. Very relaxing place, not for those that want nightlife. Mosquitos bad, take repellent. Rooms perfectly adequate, most time spent outdoors.
