new, clean hotel near Tanger outlet Kanata.

Located west of the centre of Ottawa, the hotel is brand new, and all facilities are clean and wonderful. The rooms were spacious and pleasant, and the pool also had a hot tub, which was nice. Breakfast did not have a variety of menus, but overall it was a great stay.

We where in Kanata for a hickey tournement and mutilple hockey where at the facility. Moosab made it his mission from the day of check in that hockey family and I quote « people like you » where not welcome. They only and solely take credit card. You can not pay debit, credit-debut or cash. They will take a deposit of 50$ a night and only reverse the charge it 30 days after your stay. Mind you this a hotel in Ottawa and no one speak french all of the weekend staff could not speak french or offer costumer service in french. We had to translate for guest that cane from Quebec. This is our capital, french is a current language yet we were denied our right to have service in french.

Good enough. The staff saw me coming reception and walk away to the back and I had to wait for at least 5-7 min before someone return . The one guy made eye contact with me I was limping too from an injury. Not good .

This was the most lovely hotel stay I have had in years. Such pleasant staff, clean, comfortable rooms, nice pool and hot tub delicious breakfast options. I loved it! They had signs around the hotel that said, "You are in a good place." It was very true. I hope to return!

Great Location & Amazing Hotel!

It was an amazing hotel that was super clean, had nice breakfast, big pool amd hot tub. The hotel bar was a mice added touch. The location is right beside the outet mall and super close to the Canadian Tire arena.
