The staff was very helpful and respectful. Especially the management who seemed to go above and beyond. He could even be seen outside in freezing cold temps assisting a coworker with the front trash bins This is a team of people who care. Also the housekeeping staff kept my room clean daily. Even though signs in the bathroom stated otherwise. The only issue was a loud snoring individual who kept me up until 2am the second night of my stay. I had to lose 2 hours of my following day taking a nap. Other than that, the stay was wonderful. Very similar to staying at a Hilton property brand location and that is hard to find.

The rooms were very clean and nice. Parking was super easy and the hotel is placed in a quiet area, but you are still able to walk/shop/eat at a walkable distance from the hotel. The breakfast was like any hotel breakfast, regular options (sausage, egg, bread, baked goods, etc), but there was limited fruit. The staff were all friendly and gave you all the information you needed if it was your first stay. Recommend if you are looking for a hotel outside of Ottawa (about 15-20 minutes traffic depending)

This is an extremely clean property with several amenities. Excellent location right off the highway and with a 3 min drive to the Canadian Tire Centre making it easy for Sens hockey games as well as concerts. The pool area is well kept and the hot tub great after a long day out . Breakfast was perfect for our needs. The staff we met were all 5 star, polite, professional and helpful. Thank you to Rachel, Taju, and the front desk manager Mr. Mosaab Menem. Looking forward to our next visit.
