I didn’t like that there was only 3 spots to charge an electric car in such a big hotel and one of them was broken so reception let me use the charger in the garage which is super slow and barely charged my car so I had to go to the casino to charge my car.

I stayed at 14 different hotels and motels during my trip and this one was at the bottom of the list in any I would recommend. It has all the clinical face of a reasonably kept hotel. At the reception was a young lady with a very soft tone. When I explained that I had forgotten my hearing aids and was having trouble hearing her…she did not make any attempt to be clearer. There was a vital piece of information that either she did not explain or did and I couldn’t hear her…the fact that you had to swipe your key card in the elevator before the elevator would take you to your floor. We had to go back to the reception to find out why the elevator was not working. The information was given in a manner tone suggesting it was common knowledge. It is sad that I can say that the only welcome I was given was by the restaurant breakfast staff.
