The room was very nice, however the entire checkin process was the most bizarre experience I have ever had at a hotel to the point where I wasn’t sure if I should even be staying there. I stay in a hotel at least once a month and again this was so bizarre, from trying to valet my car, to security, to being asked for cash for the incidentals deposit because the machine was down, it was all bizarre.

We enjoyed the casino thoroughly. Had a great dinner and breakfast at the Hard Rock Cafe. My only disappointment in the room is that there was no shower cap - a minor thing for sure.

The room was overall clean , some things could have been better for example we wanted to put the robes on but there were stains on them seems as though they weren’t washed from previous guests, we couldn’t sleep all night as there was an alarm sound in our room ringing all night we couldn’t locate where it was coming from (I have video of it for proof) , The staff was nice check in/out quick effective Was a little annoying to always have to take out your id when entering even just to go back to the hotel as you pass the casino which I understand but maybe put a separate entrance because when you have all your bags in your hand it’s annoying to have to find your id. Restaurants were good , no issues with staff at all and rooms overall updated and clean.

Room was great I think the cappuccino machines shoukd be out of rooms and in the casino and a kehrig everyday coffee put in. There were more people in elevator in the mornings getting a regular coffee. And PUBLISH that NO ALCOHOL is to be brought in to your own room.
