The room was in good condition and clean. My issue was trying to get a coffee in the morning! I didn't want the decaf powdered milk stuff in the room. There's supposed to be free coffee at the front.I was willing to pay for coffee, but neither the restaurant nor the front desk could provide me with any. The girl at the front desk was rude.

Room was always neglected, staff always came up with excuses of why they didn’t clean it. We would ask for stuff and not receive anything. We stayed for ten days. For a best western PLUS it sure didn’t feel like it. The carpets need to be changed. The rooms aren’t the best. Bathrooms are outdated. Elevators too. The building over all is outdated. And the staff were supporting the guests in every possible way. Nobody was ever at the front desk. We would have to call three times just to get someone to answer. Even if we went down it was hard to deal with them. Completely unprofessional.

It was a rather poor hotel. I know it wasn’t supposed to be a 4-star or anything, but it was terrible. The noise kept waking me up when I was trying to sleep, the parking was quite complicated, and there were a lot of people at the reception shouting, etc. Really not great. The sink was clogged as well.

I didn’t enjoy my stay. There was no microwave in my room. Even upon request with the front desk via a phone call, it wasn’t brought. No water in the room. I had to go down to get water from the dispenser throughout my stay. My room wasn’t cleaned at 11:00. I was charged $1 security deposit which hasn’t been refunded, despite calling. I won’t recommend.
