Malheureusement, je n’ai pas du tout aimé ma soirée à l’hôtel. Je suis de passage à Ottawa pour le travail et je viens régulièrement. Je me disais que cet hôtel était bien pour le prix 250 $ la nuit. J’ai malheureusement eu une mauvaise expérience avec beaucoup de bruit du à des filles qui souhaitaient un anniversaire et qui faisaient la fête très fort , j’ai pourtant prévenu le concierge le soir, et j’ai dû faire venir la sécurité à 3h du matin. Les chambres sont belles. J’ai pris une vue sur la ville, mais les fenêtres sont très sales et elles ne sont pas nettoyées, et on ne peut rien voir. Il ne préviennent que après la réservation attention ! mais il y a des travaux pour un autre building à côté et il commence très tôt, même le week-end, j’avais du mal à écouter la télévision tellement le bruit est intense. Pas de café non plus dans la chambre, mais belles décoration et le staff a été à l’écoute de mes plaintes par la suite, merci à eux. Je ne retournerai pas.
