The staff was excellent. We had a hard time with our uber going to the airport and the staff was really helpful in getting us a taxi so we can be at the airport in a timely manner. Mind you, we’ve checked out already but they were still concerned about us and was just excellent in every way💝 we checked out on june 21 so whoever was at the reception that day, just thank you😇

Wonderful location in the heart of the Byward Market. Valet parking was efficient but expensive. Our room was clean and chic with a fantastic shower. Staff was friendly and accomodating. The rooftop top terrace/restaurant had spectacular views with excellent service staff. We had a fantastic stay!

The staff were extremely friendly and attentive to their guest’s needs. I enjoyed my stay, especially the breakfast at Feast + Revel and the hotel’s iconic roof top bar which played great music. In addition, the hotel’s location was perfect in terms of proximity to attractions and restaurants, everything was walking distance. I would definitely stay here again when in Ottawa!

Property was alright, a bit dated but still pretty good. Check-in was smooth but the room we booked was not available (was given to a wedding party) and we were downgraded from room with a view of parliament hill to room facing construction site in the back of the hotel without any notice or compensation. We were only there for one night and I was kinda glad about leaving early the next day. Probably not going to stay here again. The rooftop with view is part of the bar at top, it gets really loud at night.

This was a nice-looking hotel in a great neighbourhood. The registration desk and front lobby staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I stayed at a time when there was heavy construction happening at the hotel and I wasn't made aware of it when I booked my stay. The reason why I wouldn't stay here again is that in the four days I stayed at the hotel housekeeping only came once, and they didn't restock basic items (like coffee pods). If housekeeping isn't offered at this hotel, which I guess it isn't, there should be a way for a guest to get a clean towel or a coffee pod so they can have a coffee in the morning.
