Magnificent 118 sqm apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 wheelchair-accessible bathrooms, plenty of space for the large family and for guests in a wheelchair. Modern great kitchen, several balconies, one with a view to the sea. Nice location in the beach road of Baabe just a few meters from the beach. Elevator A great apartment to relax. Every room, including the bedrooms have a flat screen TV. There is a WLAN with Internet flats and a stereo system that can connect to the phone via Bluetooth.   From mid-2018 there is a sauna area and a gym in the house. Everything is accessible by elevator without further steps. For the stairs down to the gym / parking lot there is an extra wheelchair lift on the stairs. A parking space is reserved in the yard.
