This property is a charming holiday home with a private pool and total fenced garden that is surrounded by nature in the Marche region and enjoys a splendid view of the hills and the medieval town of Ostra just 15 minutes from the famous beaches of Senigallia.

Completely restored with original ancient materials, the villa still has the splendid architecture of the old houses of the place. Leaving you can then immerse yourself in the large enclosed garden, full of flowers and aromatic plants, and enjoy the private swimming pool for a regenerating dip.

If you love walking and taking long walks with your dog immersed in the quiet of the countryside, from this villa you can walk to the ancient village of Ostra which is about 1500 meters away.
You can shop in the supermarket in the town center or explore the surroundings and stop and get to know our local producers. We are sure that they will make you fall in love with their fresh vegetables of the day and will tell you about our delicious typical products in a special way.
