The quiet and family-friendly family house is located on the southern shore of Lake Ossiach. On 2 floors there are 4 bedrooms with space for 6 people, a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, a large living room with dining table and a cozy seating area, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious balcony that invites you to relax. You can explore the lake with our own rowing boat, there is also the option of using our surfboard. In the nearer and further surroundings there are numerous excursion destinations - Landskron ruins with birds of prey and Affenberg, Ossiach Abbey (Carinthian summer), Gerlitzen Alpe, Minimundus, Nockberge National Park, Obir stalactite caves, Hochosterwitz Castle, Großglockner, Raggaschlucht, Finkenstein castle ruins, Villach, Klagenfurt, Slovenia, Italy. In winter you can reach several ski areas within an hour's drive. The Kärntnertherme in Villach and the Römerbad in Bad Kleinkirchheim invite you to relax.

Die Realität übertrifft die Beschreibung - denn hinzu kommt ein top Dialog mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld, ein überaus herzlicher Check-in Vorhang, ein guter Tropfen auf dem Tisch, eine gefüllte Kaffeemaschine… kurzum: Gastgeber pur. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem wunderschönen Haus, umrahmt von einer Traumkulisse sehr genossen - Dankeschön!

Haus am See

Wir haben als Familie, mit vier Personen und zwei Hunden, wundervolle Tage am Ossiacher See verlebt. Das Haus ist, so wie beschrieben, sehr gut ausgestattet, schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die meiste Zeit haben wir auf dem Balkon, der, so wie das Haus auch, sehr groß ist und mit Blick auf den See, verbracht. Das Grundstück, mit Zugang zum See, ist sehr gepflegt. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Kommen gerne wieder!

1 Woche traumhaftes Wetter, tolles Haus am See mit allem was man braucht, ruhig gelegen und trotzdem zentral angebunden, eingebettet in die Bergwelt von Kärnten und weniger als eine Stunde bis Italien. Einfach top!

Traumhaftes Haus

Wir können dieses Haus wirklich nur empfehlen. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, gepflegt und sehr sauber. Es gibt alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht und der Blick über See und Berge vom Balkon aus ist unbezahlbar. Der eigene Badesteg ist herrlich und lädt zum Schwimmen und SUP fahren ein.

Wunderschönes Grundstück direkt am See. Netter Empfang und sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Im Haus gibt es alles, was man braucht. Auch unsere Hunde fühlten sich sehr wohl. Man muss aber beachten, dass das Grundstück nicht eingezäunt ist. Jeden Tag haben wir den See nutzen können. Man kann vom Steg direkt losschwimmen oder paddeln. Was will man mehr? Vielen Dank für die tolle Woche

Tolles Haus direkt am See

Das Haus befindet sich am Ende des Sees in ruhiger Lage. Es verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung, es ist alles dort was man benötigt. Netter Kontakt mit Vermieter und Hausmeister. Auch in diesem Jahr war es wieder ein toller Urlaub.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt zu vier Personen verbracht. Dabei hatten wir zudem drei Hunde. Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass diese wirklich herzlich Willkommen waren. In dem Haus haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es wirklich weiter empfehlen. Die Absprachen liefen reibungslos und wir hatten sehr herzliche Ansprechpartner.
