The location of this place can't be beat, a short walk into town, a short walk to some attractions. That being said, we stayed in the condo tower and it could use a refresh. Our room had broken glass on the patio (so did the room next to ours) The carpet had burn marks and was worn out, all the linolium was worn down. The screen door was ripped (the next door one wasn't even usable..) There's lighitng out side that they just gave up on, the faucet to wash your feet didn't work.

Its a beautiful location. Private beach is nice but our bathroom door didnt close properly and we were sharing a room with a friend so it made bathroom trips a bit difficult when the wind could literally blow your door open at any time

Needs to be rebuilt from ground up

I was really disappointed with the condition of the hotel. Door wouldn’t close unless slammed, and really hard to open. This caused us to make an unreasonable amount of noise which I am sure disturbed our neighbours. South side stairs are a hazard and I fell hard as steps are different hights. I offered solutions but was dismissed. Someone elderly would have broken bones, this issue is very serious!

It was great amazing location! Just needs more cleaning. Spot so many bugs and spiders. But i understand it is a motel and small.

Richter resort was lovely. We don't need to go to Mexico just to Osoyoos. We hope to return next September so we can bring our little dog. Hopefully a condo will be available.

We liked the beach. Room had no A/C. Room didn’t feel secure. Entryway to room had rat trap by stairs. Stairs were full of bird poop. Asked for a fan for room. Given first fan that was broken. Second fan couldn’t stand properly. No room cleaning at all . A/C installed much smaller than “hole in wall” where heat was coming through along with smells of cigarette smoke and vaping flowing. I picked up trash daily on beach as no one do. Complained repeatedly. Even on site manager said “your staying in “that” room. Offered one night stay for next year. Uninsured vehicles on property leaving little room for paying customers to park.

Very cozy place to stay on our stopover through Osoyoos! Comfy bed, central location, and clean and tidy facilities. It’s nice that studio rooms have a single bed in there as well as an added touch! Would come back.
