Decent hotel with great location but certainly not adequate to a four star rating. The hotel overall has a very dated and worn out feel (style, decor, furniture). Our room looked well below expectations, very small, bathroom was old and damaged in several places and had unknown red Stains on tiles. Our check in experience was upsetting, staff was not helpful (borderline rude) and we ended up with unexpected extra charges which made the price unacceptably high. Breakfast was good. Rating three stars as the location was perfect but would not book again.

At best, this is a 3 star property. Aimed mostly at tour groups. The room was small and dated. Carpet was dirty and worn out. The room reminds me of a motel. The location is great and close to many attractions. But there are also many other hotels in the same area. Overall, it is a very dated hotel (stuck in the 70s) with tiny rooms that smelled of cigarettes,

Loved my stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located, close to the opera house, munch museum, the tram as well as the Oslo central station. The room was very clean and neat and the breakfast was top notch. Would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Oslo.
