Had a dog barking all night two days in a row in room in front of mine. They were sold out when I ask to move to another room on day two. Staff was nice. They switch me on day 3.

Our room met our needs and was pretty clean. The area is safe and quieter than I expected in light of its location right next to the 401. There are numerous restaurants close by, which is very convenient. However, it's definitely a "budget" place and the property as a whole is showing its age. The room we ended up with was fine, and in a quieter part of the building. But the first room we were assigned was on a noisy and somewhat dirty hallway, and had not even been cleaned yet, despite our evening check-in.

Property is in desperate need of a renovation and upkeep. Handle for closing window broken, the screen had been cut in order to pull the window closed. The bathroom door latch was missing and would not close. Hallways smelled and not clean.

This property reminded me of something retro from the 70s. Bare minimum . A/C not working on a very hot evening, and would be too loud if it were. No coffee in-room. Nothing on the walls. Vintage alarm. Traffic noises could be heard through the closed window. Far too much money for too little basic comfort.

Clean, well organized hotel. Did not like receptionist trying to convince me to take two rooms with a single bed each instead of the one room with two beds I had reserved. That would have been far more expensive and would have separated my wife& I. Also did not like the $200 damage deposit.
