Great property for a family of 4 to stay in the same room. 2 on one side for my young adult sons and 1 on the other side for me and my husband. We had privacy screens to put down on each side of the room. The big bonus was 2 bathrooms!! This made getting ready much easier and quicker.

Great for family of 4 with adult kids

Good room for a family or 4 adults. We easily slept and it was a family of 4 with 2 adult kids. Great temp control the room could get and stay really cool! Breakfast was great and HUGE selection. Only complaint I'd have would be wishing the window dressing kept out the light more than it did.

The rooms are crammed and the bathrooms are tiny. I would compare it to a bathroom on a cruise ship. The sink controls the shower head. No locks on bathroom. Staff was not knowledgeable about transportation and directions. The complimentary breakfast was great with both western and Japanese menu items. The breakfast staff was very helpful and friendly.

Clean, and convenient to Train Stations. Big plus is the Laundry facilities. I believe 8 Washers and dryers, that you can monitor from your rooms TV to see which are empty. You can also see how many minutes left for the ones in use.

The hotel is very conveniently located, close to Dotonbori and subway entrances, as well as Nankai railway station. The double room is very small but the room for 3 is large. The property is very clean and modern. Breakfast is a combination of western and local food (takoyaki or yakisoba).

The hotel is ok but not great. Rooms are too small and without natiral light. It is a functional hotel but it’s is not a cozy one. It’s too white and looks empty and with no design.

It is a convenient location, pretty close to the Namba Station and Dotondori area. The room is clean and the breakfast is good, considering that there is no extra pay for breakfast. The room is small, but it is a budget inn.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was new, modern. The lobby and room are bright and clean. Staff are very helpful in directing me to storage for my luggage when I arrived early. Free breakfast is also really nice.

Great place to stay in Osaka! Very close to everything and run a very practical operation. Free breakfast was an unexpected surprised. We had a late flight so after check out we were provided bag locker. It was raining and they gave us an umbrella for the day. Really greatful for the service. Highly recommended.
