Our stay far exceeded expectations. The location near Namba Station is perfect, putting us steps away from all the best shopping and dining. The staff was friendly, and the service was excellent. Our room (standard Japan size) was cleaned daily, with a generous supply of fresh towels and face washer and bathroom amenities. The breakfast was great, and the on-site laundry facility was very convenience. The overall experience was great. The only minor was the bed being a little hard and the pillow not being my preference, but we still slept fine. Highly recommended for travelers seeking convenience and great value in Osaka.

I really liked my stay in Namba. I had considered Shin Osaka area as well and was glad I stayed in Namba. It was walkable and close to all the transportation I needed for day trips and the airport access. Google maps will suggest exit 22 in the underground. Don’t worry about finding that. There is no sign for it but it is B6 in the Namba Walks maps. Once you’re above ground it’s easy to find and you will see the exit is maybe 15 feet from the hotel and know where it is. Breakfast is huge. They do run out of popular items so go earlier if that’s important you. Staff were lovely.

Excellent value for money. The location is superb : close to Namba Station and Dotonbori. The complimentary breakfast is much appreciated, though the selection was limited (mostly Japanese-style dishes), and ingredients weren’t clearly labeled. As someone with dietary restrictions, I ended up just having some juice and a few small croissants. Luggage storage is available after check-out. The room was clean. However, check-out time (10 a.m.) was quite early compared to the usual 11–12 a.m. elsewhere. Would I stay again? Yes, absolutely. I just wish the breakfast selection could be improved for non Japanese visitors.

Location was great, next to the vast Osaka Namba station so taking trains was convenient. The room was clean, staff were courteous and the breakfasts were delicious. Loved that the room doors softly close and not slam shut. The only drawback was that the bed was hard.

My second stay at this hotel! And Im planning another stay with my parents nxt year! Check-in was a breeze (it's a self check in machine, the staff will get behind the machine to guide you if you're stuck), there's (free) lockers at the basement to store your luggage if you arrive way before check-in or had to check-out very much earlier before your flight. The free breakfast was good, not fantastic, but had all basic stuffs (would be good if fruits are included). Room cleaning happens every 3days - which is very ok. If you are a normal clean person, your room will be ok without cleaning for 3days 😄

The room was good and the bathroom very clean. The bed was so hard that I had trouble sleeping and my hips (have both hips replaced) were very sore some nights that I hardly slept. There was absolutely no help from the front staff. The translator app they use at the front desk was not very good translating both English and Japanese.

The room was adequate and very functional. I found a small coffee ring under the reading light that the cleaner had missed. No room amenities but creams and teas that could be taken from the front desk. Basic free breakfast, adequate but not spectacular. This is a basic tourist hotel. Very convenient to Namba station. No frills but good. Friendly, helpful front staff. 3.5/5.
