The location of the hotel is fantastic. Walking distance to transportation, sites and restaurants. The staff are friendly as well, and having laundry on site was appreciated. The bed was extremely uncomfortable.. very very thin! The hallways can be noisy if other guests are discourteous, which kept me awake. Free breakfast was ok, but I opted to eat outside the hotel instead.

Staying here we got room 1206 and it was huge. A nice corner room with ample space and free breakfast. The room was comfortable hard beds as we like it. The washroom was decent although the wash tub didn’t drain to well. Overall the stay was pleasant and centrally located. Enjoyed my two days there and will be back again.

Really liked the room in this hotel, and the plenty of options for breakfast. Staff was very friendly. Hotel is also located well, short walks to shopping areas and food establishments.

We checked in before noon, dropped off bags and went exploring. Location is excellent. We came back to the room to find a dirty sheet, we got a new sheets and it was fine. In the morning we left the room at 10:17 and spent the next 20 min arguing over a 1000 yen charge for staying longer than the 10am checkout. We had assumed checkout was 11 as usual in all our stays in japan. I refused to pay based and was told that "in Japan we have a different standard and it is very strict". I brought up the fact that their standard did not have the room ready at the time promised and found having to pay 1000 yen ridiculous. I asked for a manager and they said manager does not speak English and I said no problem we can communicate with google translate. They said they dont have time and This is when they threatened to call the police and I said go ahead and waited for them to do so. After a few minutes they said they would make an exception. All of it left a very bad taste and would not stay here again. We paid nearly $500 for the room and the the 1000yen which is $10 would not have made a difference really but it is the principle

Great location, 5-10 min walk to Namba station. Access to the underground mall is right out the front door of the hotel. Room was clean and bright and free buffet breakfast.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. The room we selected was large and great rate. We had 2 full size beds plus a queen. Room had pull down separators, 2 bathrooms. View wasn’t great as it faced the freeway and there was construction on the street. Convenient, close to Dotonbori and Namba station entrance was just out the door. Laundry facility on site was a plus.
