Great location, clean room, lots of famous restaurants. Bathroom is a bit small but clean. not easy to use the washing machine and dryer. Refrigerator is not working well. However, I can see Dotonbori from my room and only 2 mins to walk to the place for the day tour bus stop. Staff are really kind.

Decent place to stay

The hotel was in a decent location, near shops and food and subway stations. Staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was pretty good. We liked the variety of food they offered and it tasted ok. Rooms are on the smaller side, but they were clean and the bed was comfortable.

**Sotetsu Grand Fresa Osaka - Namba** During our first night, we stayed on the third floor, and the view wasn't great. I requested a different room with a better view, and the next day, we were moved to the tenth floor, which had magnificent views overlooking the river. The hotel's location is unbeatable, as it's close to shops, transportation, and restaurants. However, the hotel itself is a bit outdated, and the rooms are somewhat small but clean. Hotel lobby was messy and dirty. Hotel room was very dirty, many bugs and flies. Walls are thin and you can hear everything going on in other rooms and hallways. Air conditioning on but room was still hot.

Location near the famous Dotonbori street and many convenience stores. Breakfast buffet included was decent but honestly unnecessary with all the available options in the neighborhood. Very clean hotel, great free toiletries offered, umbrellas available for rent and vending machines are onsite for drinks + ice cream. Exchange machine available at the hotel but not the best rates you can find. Overall a wonderful option for an incredible Osaka visit.
