Great location. However there is a putrid smell of smoke in the corridor of non smoking floors. It also feels more like a hostel than a hotel given the amenities and younger demographic of guests.

Not Great, Only Few Pro's

The bed wasn't very comfortable, technically there was a konbini attached to the lobby but otherwise the neighborhood wasn't great and it was fairly far from dotonbori. Finally the shower door was installed the wrong direction meaning it was impossible to take a nice shower. In terms of pro's the front desk was nice, but having to leave the key at the front was archaic and made it difficult. We had to leave early and picked another hotel.

I have stayed here multiple times due to its convenient location and excellent service. Being so close to multiple train stations and hot spots and also leaving the room key at the front desk when you head out is great since you don’t have to worry about ever losing your room key. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka, as I will continue to book here whenever I am in the area.

Convenient location

At main shopping area, lot of restaurants and choices. Hotel interiors are new and clean. Many different kinds of amenities provided by Hotel. Other than onsen, women had an addition rest room, provided different kinds of hair equipment and facial tools. Compare with other business hotels, the room size not too small.

Lovely hotel with excellent amenities. Good location and beds were nice and comfy. I used the onsen and womens room, they were both great and I loved having so many things available to get ready with. Staff were friendly and helpful, Family mart located in the building is great! Would definitely recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay!! When we first came in it was midnight and raining. The staff brought us towels to dry off as we checked in and the bath house was really nice! It was very convenient to have a Family Mart attached to the building as well! Really close to amerikamura and dotonbori!
