Perfect location near Osaka Station & Nightlife

Super friendly and helpful host. Easy check-in and out. Property location was amazing and the apartment was perfect for me. Simple apartment with all your basic needs. I would stay again if I came back to Osaka.walking distance to the large stations and nightlife areas.

Nice Apartment and Location, Everything was good! Only downside was that the neighbours were kinda noisy (the whole night) the night before we had to check out. Other than that, fully recommended

Just Nice!!!

The room is big enough for a family of five. Love it especially there is a washing machine in the room. It will be perfect if there is a dryer as well. Nevertheless using the 3 dryers at the common laundry area works just nice. Everything provided in the family room serves well for a few days stay and the place is just a 5 min walk to the Kyoto Tower and Main station.

Clean and Convenience

I stay with my family in this trip. There are 6 beds in room (two are bunk beds) . We have 3 people so it's much more than enough. May be a bit small for 6 - 7 people. Bathroom is large and with heater, which is nice. Close to convenient store and 10 - 15 minutes walk to Umeda.

1つを改善出来れば最高のコストパフォーマンス。

チェックインはスムーズです。部屋は思ったより広く過ごしやすかったです。窓からの眺めも問題ありません。ただ部屋の臭いがとっても臭く、排水口からの臭いやエアコンからのカビ臭が残念でした。それさえ無ければ最高のコストパフォーマンスだと思われます。

メッセージでのホテルの方の対応は早く満足ですが、ベットの下や細かいところにホコリが溜まっていたのでホコリアレルギーがあるためくしゃみと咳が止まらず辛かったです。でも立地もその他は満足なのでまた利用したいです

ロケーション: 梅田駅、大阪駅、淀屋橋駅に徒歩圏内。とても良い立地。米大使館が近くにあり、警察が常にいるので、治安も良し。 部屋: 45平米の部屋は家族・友人連れでも十分な広さで、ベッドも3つあることから、グループでは助かる。また洗濯機や食器、洗剤が完備されていて、これも2泊以上の滞在にはありがたい。 サービス: 常駐スタッフはいないが、メールやりとりは素早く、的確なコミュニケーションで、問題なくチェックイン及び滞在できた。 施設: やや古いが、部屋はそれほど古さ感じなかったので、問題なかった。 清潔感: 唯一不満足。全体的に清掃が必要と思われる。特に床、布団、浴室は不清掃が目につき、不快さを感じた。 全体: 清潔感の部分さえ解決できれば、非常にコストパフォーマンスの高い施設と言える。それだけに勿体ないと感じるが、今後の改善にも期待したい。施設窓口は日本人でないようだが、コミュニケーションは問題無いこと、申し添える。
