Amazing hotel across the bridge from Kansai Airport. Walking distance to the Outlet mall, car rental and train station is directly adjacent to the hotel. Just like other Hoshino Hotels, the cleanliness and design of the hotel are very good.

We had 2 queen rooms for our family of 4. Stayed here recently at the end of our holiday for 2 nights prior to flying out of Japan from Kansai airport. It is one stop from the Airport so was super convenient to stay here at the end of our trip. Rooms are small but that didn’t bother us too much as we only had 2 nights. Outlets shopping centre within walking distance that had plenty to do for our spare time on our last day. They also provide baggage storage which was handy as we had a night flight but had to check out of hotel at 11. I would definitely recommend Omo hotel for travellers either at the start or end of their Japan holiday wanting a place to reset before or after a long flight.

Airport hotels should be more flexible with their check in times. We only wanted a room for a few hours but had to wait until 15.00 to check in and left at 19.00. why not offer different booking options. Apart from the little moan above this is a very nice and conveniently located hotel with large clean rooms and comfortable beds. Please note - The airport shuttle was fully booked and we had to get the train.

Easy access from the airport. Enjoyed the mazing breakfast and the spacious Onsen-style bath. Very convenient to have a good-size convenience store as well as a microwave and ice machine on the each floor. Efficient and thoughtful luggage storage room access. Unfortunately, the room and the bathroom were very small for a couple.

Pros: The reception staff were very helpful, and the FOC luggage holding area was excellent. Cons: The rooms were tiny, not suitable to mobility impaired, and possibly made vacuuming difficult because the carpets were quite dusty.
