Perfectly place property for exploring Osaka! The room was great… the staff even suggested to send our luggage to the airport for us so we didn’t have to lug it around on trains etc. highly recommend this spot

Half a block from some of the best luxury shopping around and only a 5 min walk to Dontobori where you can have loads of fun around Namba station. Also like 10 min walk from the fresh fish markets so that was a great way to start the days.

Convenient in-room Laundry machine

Have stayed with Mercure Tokyu Stay Namba in the past. Always an amazing stay, especially with the washing laundry machine located inside the room, always very convenient as you don't need to pack a lot of clothes for the duration of the trip. Leaving more luggage space for shopping.

The staffs ( receptionist & house keepers) are very helpful and sweet. Love them all either morning and night shifts. They are very patience and nice to the visitors. The location is great. Room quite tight for large luggage but manageable.
