We had a very good experience during our stay, it was much more traditionally japanese than our other stays, with the tatami floors and futons. It was good to have a fully working kitchen and washing machine. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, the restroom is a bit cramped though. When we arrived we received a full rundown of the house, the staff was very friendly and receptive. We stayed on the second floor and we thought that the stairs were a bit steep, had to be careful climbing with luggage. It is very well located, with close by subway station and supermarket. There was also a very handy laundry and drying machine shop open 24h.

Small and Convenient

We wanted a place that was cheap and close to areas in Osaka that we wanted to explore. The location was only a 3-5 minute walk to Hanazonocho station so exploring Osaka was a breeze, this also made lugging around our luggage not the worst experience. The surrounding area also is an experience to bike ride around, especially at night. The place itself is small but had everything we needed. The aircon was the highlight as it’s fast working and reliable. The renter also was super generous by providing us with whatever we needed and always replied when we needed help with something. We appreciated also that they let us check in early after our long night bus ride, thank you so much. The reason I gave the comfort a 3 stars was because we are Samoans and for us the place was very congested, had nothing to do with the place, we are just big people. The only small issue we had was when we entered the place it reeked of cigarettes, wasn’t sure why because it was a smoke free house but I’m assuming it was the previous stayers. This wasn’t a big issue because the closest Shopping store was 3 minutes away and we bought 2 cheap Air fresheners that fixed the issue easy. Overall we got this place cheap and it gave us the opportunity to explore Osaka as planned. It has everything you need for a stay and the service was outstanding. We were very happy with our stay.

Overall a decent & convenient place for a couple days Pros Convenient and close to public transport & shops Host was helpful in meeting us and showing us the place even though we arrived a bit late 6pm+ Sleeping on futons makes it more spacious as you can fold it up during the day and use the space. Con: The place could be cleaner as it was quite dusty in some places & had stain marks, we also had some insects inside.

It is convenient to access to the station, the supermarket and restaurants. Tengachaya station (Nankai line) is about 10 minutes walk and Izumiya (supermarket) is just at the corner.

역과 가깝고 근처 마트가 있는 최적의 숙소

하나조노초역과 가깝고 근처에 마트가 있어서 좋았습니다 따뜻한 물도 아주 잘나오고 주인분께서 시설을 잘 관리하시는 티가 났어요 마트에서 음식을 구매해서 숙소에서 조리할 수 있다는 점이 편하고 좋았습니다 6명 가족여행 목적으로 방문했는데 수건도 아주 넉넉하게 주셔서 2박동안 편하게 잘 사용했습니다 근처는 아주 조용했지만 난바역과 2정류장 걸려서 관광하러 이동하기 편했습니다 침구류도 아주 좋았습니다 실내 사진을 많이 못남겨서 아쉽지만 덕분에 잘 쉬고 좋은 추억을 만들수 있었습니다 감사합니다 ~

6일간의 일정중 이틀간 이용했습니다. 고즈넉하고 포근한 분위기의 숙소에 여행에 필요한물품은 물론 세탁기와 빨래 세제까지 구비되어 있습니다. 전체적으로 깔끔하고,느리긴하지만 와이파이도 구비되어 있으며, 침구류가 굉장히 포근합니다. 주택가라 조용하고 편안히 쉴수있었으며 아주 작긴하지만 기차소리가 가끔 들립니다.전 오히려 그점이 더 좋았습니다. 근처엔 많지는 않지만 꽤나 괜찮은 식당과 술집이 있으며, 도보로 15분 정도 거리에 술집이 즐비해있습니다. 오사카 시내와는 조금 거리가 있긴하지만,지하철,택시등 교통편을 이용하면 편리하게 방문할수있으며 완전한 주거지역에 위치해 관광지가 아닌 현지인들의 오사카를 느낄수 있었습니다. 이정도 가격에,이정도 숙소라면 가성비가 좋다고 느꼈습니다.

매우 만족합니다.

굉장히 만족합니다. 이제까지 오사카여행에서 가장 만족한 숙소였습니다. 호텔은 아니고 민박이었지만 일본식 다다미방에 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 수건, 세면도구, 조리도구, 식기등 완벽하게 갖추어져 있었으며 남바역까지 교통편도 좋았고 우메다역까지 교통편도 좋았습니다. 난카이기차를 타고 남바로 이동할 때 간사이공항에서 남바역까지 가지 않고 덴가챠야역에서 내려서 숙소에 체크인할 수 있으며 남바역으로 이동하거나 우메다역으로 이동할 때에는 오사카메트로가 바로 곁에 있어서 교통도 매우 편리했습니다. 숙소가 매우 커서 우리는 성인5명이 갔는데 충분하였습니다. 강력하게 추천합니다.
