This hotel is a rare find that has washer and dryer. Pictures makes the room looked slightly larger but in actual, it's slightly smaller. Shower area and toilet are located in different doors. Staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Walls are thin thus have to limit the noise level at night. There are windows but no view at all, so for those who wants a view from their room, this is not the option. Beds are good. The hotel even offers loan of halal cutlery and praying mats!!! Location is convenient, 15mins walk to Namba station. The main door of the hotel will be locked at midnight, access code are provided for guests. There are 2 laundromat near the vicinity of the hotel. There are also 2 supermarket nearby.

Pros: Friendly staff. The room is clean. The kitchen has basic equipments that you can make your own breakfast. It has a laundry & dryer in the room which is very convenient for families. There is a supermarket about 500m away from the hotel. Cons: It is about 1km from Dotonburi / Namba. It is not super convenient but it is acceptable.

The room a/c was shut off and the staff advised that they do it during cold season. The room was stuffy and not in a good area so because of this our 4 night booking became 2 nights. We have too look for another hotel.

room was clean, big and room to move around. A little older and the service was ok. very tight on towels and amenities. staff were very helpful and courteous. I would return again. Just not as nice as the Monday in Kyoto which was newer and plenty of amenities.

Room is clean and spacious. But there is no rolm service, room make up is 4th day and not everyday. You have to get your own bottles to fill up water at the reception level. Considered not cheap to stay this type of hotel that has no services.

The room was spacious, clean and updated. We had a combination washer/dryer in the bathroom which was great. The front desk staff were very helpful and the hotel was within walking distance of a handful of food options. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was spacious and clean, perfect for six people. There were so many great places to eat nearby. It was also nice that Namba Station was just a 10-minute walk away. Having both a washing machine and a dryer was a huge plus!
