Love this hotel, it was the perfect stay for our Osaka trip! The room is decently sized along with the bathroom and the location is perfect - walking distance from Umeda Station and shopping center, and 30 mins train from Universal Studios. Only a couple stops away from Shin-Osaka for the bullet train/shinkansen. They give you pyjamas to use, and amenities to choose from and keep downstairs. We wanted to organise shipping our luggage from Osaka to Tokyo and the staff were so helpful and kind with organising this for us. Highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel was amazing. The room and bathroom were decently sized. It was clean and fresh. Staff were very accomodating. The hotel is walking distance to the train station and shopping centre. Highly recommend this hotel and very much enjoyed our stay here. Thank you to the amazing staff!

Clean, great staff, location right next to the train station. Do not eat at their buffet restaurant downstairs. Caught us off guard how expensive it was and the quality wasn’t all that. This is what missed the 5 star. Also, you have to walk some distance to attractions or hail a cab.

Clean room, good housekeeping, very polite and detailed staffs. Too bad the booked room was not the same size as the one we stayed last year, quite cramped. The room should be equipped with more cups, and saucers, but it only had 2 of former and ZERO of latter. I had to asked for 10 minutes but staff finally gave me. Could be more readily.
