Super great location. 10 minute walk to Dotonbori. Could see the trains going to and from Namba Station. Great for when we wanted to have a chill day and come back to the hotel for a break. Loved the free coffee and tea in the lobby. The room was super modern and very clean. Japanese bathroom was incredible and spacious. We didn’t eat at the restaurant and were able to find other places to eat close by. We wished we had booked more nights here.

Late night walk back to hotel. This is the strip where the hotel is located. Literally on the way to Namba Station you pass by restaurants and shopping. Easily hop on train or subway to access parts of the city.

Clean room which was well laid out. Great location close to subway and shopping. Nice they had coffee available at 6 am. Lots of toiletries provided. Just a heads up if you are light sleeper request a room away from subway tracks

The room looked to be in good condition as the beds were made, but there were issues. The first was something sticky on the floor area. The carpet looked to be stained, and a brush from a previous guest was found beside the bed ( we were looking for a fallen earplug). I also found something on the couch, under the pillows. Had we not been at the end of our journey, we’d have changed rooms. The breakfast was adequate.
This was found behind the pillows on the lounge chair.

The amenities were amazing. Get the superior room. The lounge is a big plus so worth it. It was so close to everything and the staff went above and beyond for us. This hotel made our stay in osaka unforgettable.

The carpet are stained and the beds and pillows are uncomfortable. The dryers don't dry enough and takes multiple rounds to dry your clothes. Was not pleased with the cleanliness of the room again the carpets being very stained and worn down.

Please clean your air filters. There is dust flying everywhere and all of your room vents are full of dust Many room outlets were not working The drier was not functioning properly. Asking front desk didnt help. Had to figure iut a fix ourselves. Please clean the inner lint trap Please clean your carpets. Its a nice hotel with many great services. But our room and hallways were full of stains Please be considerate of customer diets other than meat eaters. Offering bread/doughnuts and salad in the morning is not justifying for how much is charged per adult
